We generally deliver all orders in 7-14 working days.
There may be the occasional delay due to Customs Clearance processes which are out of our control.

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at contact@lasmartshop.com within 8 hours of placing your order. We will not be able to make any changes beyond that period.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?
Requesting a return has never been this easy!
To initiate a return, simply email us at contact@lasmartshop.com using the e-mail address used to process your order within 30 days of receiving your parcel.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
